In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or conditional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device used to access the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing the Platform in any manner, including browsing without a registered Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules or policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, all but the original Account may be closed and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes.
• You must notify yz999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• yz999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your Account — is prohibited.

All deposits on the yz999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yz999 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa debit/credit card. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Account cashier.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your own name.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. yz999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request supporting documentation where required. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within two minutes. Bank transfer timelines follow standard interbank processing schedules.

Withdrawals from the yz999 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. yz999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before real-money withdrawals can be initiated.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two minutes of approval. Bank transfers are subject to standard interbank timelines of one to three business days.

yz999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected. In such cases, yz999 will communicate the reason for any delay to the User within a reasonable timeframe.

yz999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash without satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirements.
• yz999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including the use of multiple Accounts, the use of third-party funds, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account closure.

All Games available on the yz999 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Game's rules, the Game rules shall govern in respect of that Game's mechanics and outcomes.

yz999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable Games. The RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure statistically fair outcomes. Results of these audits are available upon request from our support team.

• If a Game is interrupted due to a technical failure, the round will be voided and any wager placed for that round will be returned to your Account Balance.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the server result, the server record shall be definitive.
• yz999 reserves the right to void bets placed on Games affected by software errors, manifest pricing errors in sports betting markets, or any other technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yz999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by yz999.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any unlawful source.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yz999 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's underlying code, databases, or infrastructure.

yz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Users are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only what they can afford to lose. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications when your gaming session exceeds a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from yz999.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net wagering position for the session.

yz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Prolonged Account inactivity in accordance with the inactivity policy set out below.

Inactivity Policy: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. yz999 will notify the User by email prior to classifying an Account as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 may be deducted from the Account Balance of dormant Accounts to cover maintenance costs, subject to the Account Balance not falling below zero.

Upon Account closure at the User's request, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not redeemable upon closure unless Wagering Requirements have been fully met.

All content on the yz999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of yz999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from yz999.
• Use any yz999 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yz999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected gaming profits.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from unauthorised access not attributable to yz999's negligence.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond yz999's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by yz999 in good faith to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits yz999's liability for death or personal injury caused by yz999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. yz999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yz999's collection, use, and handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
• yz999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your financial transaction data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to yz999's legal retention obligations.

yz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, yz999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. yz999 operates its Platform with Pakistani users as its primary audience and applies standards consistent with responsible international online gaming practice.

In the event of a dispute between you and yz999 arising from your use of the Platform:

• You should first contact yz999 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.
• yz999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
• If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, either party may escalate the matter through such formal dispute resolution mechanisms as may be applicable.
